Elite Equine provides business registration, tax and compliance, bookkeeping, customs support, consultancy and related services, along with cleaning products through Elite Equine Supplies. The scope of any particular job is what we agree with you before we begin.
Our quoted fee covers our professional work. Government or statutory fees, where they apply, are separate, and we confirm them with you before you pay. We will always tell you what a service costs before we start it.
Some outcomes are decided by third parties such as ZIMRA, PRAZ and the Companies Registry. We prepare and submit complete, correct applications, but we cannot guarantee that an authority will approve an application, nor control how long an authority takes to process it. We keep you informed throughout.
To do our work well, we rely on you to give us accurate information and the documents we request in good time. Delays or errors in the information provided can affect timelines and outcomes.
We treat your information and documents as confidential and use them only for your work, as set out in our privacy policy.
We take care to do our work accurately and professionally. We are not responsible for outcomes that are outside our control, including decisions and timelines set by authorities, or for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
