Two of the most common ways to register in Zimbabwe are a Private Limited Company and a Private Business Corporation (PBC). The right choice depends on how you plan to run and grow the business. Here is the short version, and we will talk it through with you before anything is filed.
Has shareholders and directors and a more formal structure. Often preferred where you want to bring in partners or investors, deal with banks, or bid for larger contracts and tenders.
A simpler, lighter setup suited to smaller, owner-run businesses, with fewer formalities to maintain.
