Questions we are often asked

Straight answers to what first-time and established clients ask before working with us.

How do I know which type of company I should register?

Tell us what you plan to do and who is involved, and we will explain the options and which structure fits. The final choice is yours; we make sure you understand it before you commit.

What documents do you need from me?

It depends on the service, but usually identification and a few basic details to begin. We give you a clear checklist up front so nothing stalls halfway through.

How long will the process take?

Our part moves quickly once we have your documents. Some steps depend on ZIMRA, PRAZ or the Registry, and those timelines are set by them. We give you a realistic range at the start.

Are government or statutory fees included in your price?

Our fee covers our work. Statutory or government fees, where they apply, are separate and we tell you about them before you pay. We never hide them inside a single number.

Can you guarantee that my registration or clearance will be approved?

No honest firm can. Approvals are decided by the relevant authority. What we make sure of is that your submission is complete, correct and properly prepared, which is the best position to be in.

How will you handle my confidential documents?

We keep your information confidential, use it only for the work you have asked us to do, and return your documents in order.

What happens if I need help after the initial service?

We are here for the follow-on. Many clients stay with us for annual tax clearance, ongoing bookkeeping or the next stage of growth, and you can reach us the same way you did the first time.
